December was kinder to La Canada home sellers! The number of homes sold increased, days on market decreased, Average selling price increased, absorption rate decreased (better for sellers).

    Interesting to see the significant difference on % of sales that were foreclosures or short sales in La Canada, vs Pasadena (22%).
