22% of Pasadena’s home sales were foreclosures or short sales




The December real estate statistics for Pasadena home sales are in! The number of homes sold jumped! Days on market dropped, absorption rate decreased (better for sellers aka: inventory declining) Percentage of selling price to list price increased. BUT: Average price per square foot was the lowest of the year.
