1/3 of Glendale’s December home sales were short sales or foreclosures



The number of Glendale homes sold in December increased from the previous month, average sales price skyrocketed, absorption rate decreased (better for Glendale home sellers).  Price per sq ft dropped a smidgen, days on market increased by just one day (which at holiday time is great!)

And to get a more accurate glimpse of  last year's Glendale real estate sales, I have broken them down by category: short sales, foreclosures and standard home sales.
