Did you know that there are over 1400 Realtors with a Pasadena mailing address and just 66 Pasadena home sales in September?



The Pasadena inventory remains fairly consistent.   In April 20% of the homes sold were short sales or foreclosures, in May and June 18%, July 17%, August 20%, September 21%.
