How did you spend your summer?
When in grammar school, we were inevitably asked to share in class how we spent our summer. In June, I was fortunate to take two, four day vacations, one in Hawaii with George and friends, and the other in Puerto Vallarta with my daughters.
Although, there are so many fun and interesting things to do in Los Angeles, I am a homebody by nature. I prefer to spend time most of my leisure time at home.
Over the summer I recommitted to spending one day a month helping my husband George at his business. The upside is that he treats me to a wonderful lunch at any number of great LA restaurants. I have a dear friend who works downtown, and being there once a month provides me with an easy opportunity to meet with her on a regular basis.
The rest of the summer was my regular routine, walking the dogs, Pilates three days a week and assisting home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. How did you spend your summer?
