This blog can't just be about real estate statistcs, facts and news. Every now and again we have to have some fun. Some days it takes so little to amuse me! I was preparing a market assessment for a Glendale homeowner and some of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) remarks were so over the top they cracked me up: (I can’t take credit for typos and misspelled words)
