Sales of Pasadena homes remain fairly consistent.

In April 20% of the homes sold in Pasadena were short sales or foreclosures, in May 18%, June also 18%.





The good:
The number of Pasadena homes which closed escrow (aka sold) increased
Absorption rate slightly decreased

The bad:
Average price per square foot decreased
Average selling price slightly decreased
Percentage of selling price to list price slightly decreased
