I sold my La Canada listing and last week met the inspector with the buyer and their agent.  As Lisa was in Barcelona AND my cleaning lady also took 2 ½ weeks off 24 hours in the day is just not nearly enough time (and thanks Natalie for helping out or I would have lost my mind).

I strive to arrive at appointments a few minutes early.  But at this one I was fortunate to arrive on time.  The inspector was already there, but yapping on his cell phone.  The buyer and their agent were ten minutes late and the inspector waited on them.

Once the buyer arrived, Inspector Clouseau noticed that he didn’t have a memory card for his camera…What to do…. I told him to go to Radio Shack in Montrose…. So we burnt 40 minutes while he ran errands.
