Several weeks ago, I held back to back open houses at my La Canada listing on Ocean View and I was astonished at the turn out. I hadn't seen that many people at an open house in years. 

Since the world didn't end on Saturday, on Sunday, I met a client and we looked at five homes in La Canada which were being held open. Those open houses were packed as well.

Has the real estate market turned or is it just normal spring buying fever? We'll have to see, but I think a lot of it has to do with spring.

Lisa will be back Thursday and she and I will both be in town in the event anyone wants to look at homes over Memorial Day Weekend.
