Pasadena Real Estate Market Statistics



Although the number of Pasadena homes sold in April declined, the number of March home sales was an anomaly.  Average price per square ft, days on market remain relatively unchanged.  Foreclosures and short sales accounted for less than 20% of Pasadena’s real estate market (versus March’s 31%).



Now let’s compare the Pasadena housing statistics year over year:

Last April, 61 homes sold in Pasadena
Average price per square foot was higher at $409.95, days on market less at 64, average selling price was $931,822 and the average selling price to list was 96.35%.  Last April, short sales and foreclosures played a bigger role in the Pasadena real estate market: 28%
