One in four La Canada home sales are foreclosures or short sales




Its spring and home buyers are happily closing escrow on La Canada homes.  The number of homes sold, average selling price, average price per square foot are up. Days on market is down.

Last April, the average selling price was only $1,287,715.  High end La Canada homes are now selling and closing escrow.
