Selecting a sign rider

When a real estate agent posts a For Sale sign, we typically attach a descriptive sign rider to the For Sale sign.  Or at least we should.  For my newest La Canada listing, I was debating which sign rider to use:

3 car garage
RV Parking
Large lot
Pool
Detached home office

There are also sign riders which note open houses dates and times, or “Coming Soon”.  I don’t want anyone knocking on the door and bothering my client.  So there are even more sign riders:

“By appointment only”… or my preference:  “Do Not Disturb Occupants” (which I think is more clear, don’t knock on the door!)

I decided on the “Do Not Disturb Occupants” and as the lot is 17,000+ square feet, I also opted for a “Large Lot” rider.
