The number of Glendale homes sold in March more than doubled from last month!


Days on market decreased, average selling price increased for the third consecutive month. The percentage of short sales and REO’s also decreased from 35% to 28%. 



Although  the average price per square foot was higher last March there were only 26 Glendale home sales.
