87 Pasadena homes were sold in March vs. February’s 33.  Short Sales and foreclosure account for 31% of home sales versus, just 21% last month.  



The bad news is that the average price per sq ft, has dropped, average selling price decreased and number of days on market has increased.  Last March there were only 58 Pasadena homes sold. Average price per square foot very similar: $365.92
