35% of Glendales February Home Sales were short sales or foreclosures





February was a better month for Glendale home sellers. Although the number of Glendale home sales declined by 1/3 from January, the average price per square foot and selling price increased.  Days on market deceased and the number of standard sales increased from January’s 37% to 65%.
