For over thirty years the Glendale YWCA has been a place of refuge to women and children who seek a way out of domestic violence. Families come to our shelters from all of Los Angeles County.  Just last year, nearly 3,000 women received the gift of safety, hope and a chance for self- sufficiency and a fresh start with their children through the Glendale YWCA.
