Is San Luis Obispo America’s happiest city?

I sell real estate and many of our Los Angeles communities are wonderful places to live, Eagle Rock is a favorite for hipsters, Glendale with it's abundance of vintage homes is a short commute to all, Burbank once a sleepy little town is convenient for studio workers, the Foothill communities of La Crescenta and La Canada offer first rate school districts. Pasadena offers an enviable transportation system.

Did anyone see the LACurb post regarding San Luis Obispo?
My oldest daughter is attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and I can vouch for what a delightful town it is.  Later this month, I am looking forward to George & me visiting her and meeting my brother and his wife, Cal Poly alumni who will be flying in from Washington State to join us.

The city certainly is pedestrian friendly but lovely as San Luis Obispo (SLO) is, I prefer visiting Eureka California.  My youngest daughter recently transferred from Humboldt to San Diego State and I will miss Eureka which surprisingly has an overwhelming selection of wonderful restaurants.  If you find yourself in Eureka stay at the Carter House Inn a delightful bed & breakfast within walking distance to all.
