Coming Soon Marketing, Let’s get started!

Now that the holidays are behind us, it is time for Los Angeles home sellers to plan for the spring buying season.  Most of last year’s lookers continue to seek their dream home and each spring adds a fresh group of home buyers.  If your priority is to obtain the highest possible selling price, there are preparations you and your real estate agent should begin in order to present your home in the most favorable light:

*Home staging:
We have just one opportunity to make a favorable first impression. Staging is sometimes as simple as decluttering and rearranging furniture.  When I list a home, I offer a complimentary consultation with a home stager.  If you are considering painting, the stager can even help with color suggestions.

*Professional photography:
Once the photographer’s photos are received, Coming Soon advertising can begin.

*Print property brochure, open house invitations:

After the photos are completed, the printer can begin production.

*Advertising copy:

Advertising deadlines vary by how often the publication is printed.  In some home magazines, February’s ads need to be ordered in January.

Most homeowner’s list their home April through June.  If you contact your Realtor now, there doesn’t need to be a mad rush to get your home on the market.  You and your real estate agent can leisurely accomplish your home’s pre-marketing.

Economics 101 teaches us about supply and demand.  If you are thinking of selling your home in 2011, supply is currently low, why wait for supply to increase?  Let’s get a jump on the competition, Call Phyllis for a complimentary market assessment.
