20% of La Crescenta home sales were short sales or foreclosures



La Crescenta home sales finished out the year on a high note, the number of homes sold in La Crescenta increased in December vs. November, the days on market decreased.  La Crescenta foreclosures  and short sales accounted for 20% of La Crescenta’s home sales.
