27% of La Crescenta's November home sales are short sales or foreclosures

While the number of La Canada homes which closed escrow in November increased , the number of November home sales in La Crescenta plummeted. 



27% of La Crescenta’s November sales were short sales or foreclosures. Days on Market are down, price per square foot is up, average selling price is down.
