Happy Thanksgiving, Angelenos

At this time of year my thoughts gratefully turn to those who have made my success in real estate possible.  Whether you are buying, selling or referring friends and family, I appreciate the opportunity to be of service.

Professionally the last several years have been difficult due to the downturn in the market. Personally, I find that I have more free time to spend with family and friends. Both daughters are off at college,  George continues to amuse us all and completing my household are the three dogs and a cat.

Financing is readily available for those with verifiable income and good credit.  FHA provides financing options for those with smaller down payments (as little as 3½ % down), and there are numerous programs for first time buyers.

For those with a down payment and good credit there should be plenty of real estate (investment) opportunities in the next twelve to eighteen months.   I sold many foreclosures during the 90’s downturn and many of my clients made a lot of money on those real estate investments.  Call me and let’s see how we can position you to best take advantage of the downturn.

As I am on the board of directors for the
Glendale YWCA,  I know that they are a worthy cause.   The Glendale Y helps women and their families who are in crisis; a donation has been made in honor of my dear clients and friends.

Thank you for your continued interest in my professional success, I wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving.

Sincerely,

Phyllis Harb
