The good:
The number of La Crescenta homes sold  in October increased from September.
Average selling price increased.

The bad:
Days on market, the number of days from list to closing increased.  Homes did not sell as quickly.
The percentage of selling price to list price decreased.

The ugly:
28% of  La Crescenta home sales were the result of foreclosure or short sale.
