The good:
Average selling price increased.
The bad:
The number of La Canada homes sold in October decreased from September.
Days on market, the number of days from list to closing increased. Homes did not sell as quickly.
The percentage of selling price to list price decreased, La Canada homes are selling (on average) nearly 96% of asking price.
The ugly:
6% of La Canada home sales were the result of foreclosure or short sale.

These are pretty nice figures coming out from last year. But its a bit different from here in UAE selling prices are decreasing continuously.
