Another foreclosure in Glendale
I can't believe it's October! This year has flown by.
This is another home I sold (again representing the seller) which resulted in a foreclosure.
Several years ago, I received a call from an old high school buddy who I had lost touch with. She was looking for a Realtor to sell her mother’s Glendale home. She Googled Glendale real estate and my name came up in the search results. She clicked on my web site and although, my maiden name is Serra, she recognized my photo.
In 2005, I listed her mother’s 2 + 2 Glendale home for $675,000 and it sold for $675,000. It resold in 2008 as a short sale for $540,000. A 20% drop in value.
