Ridiculous MLS photos
Nearly 450 days on the market and this Glendale home still hasn’t sold. Often when a home doesn’t sell it’s due to promotion, not price.
This private agent remarks listed in the MLS read: “Seller Is Flexible With Price! Not A Reo Or Short Sale! Seller Very Motivated! - Please Give Us 24 Hours Notice Bifore Showing - Quick Answer From Seller - Please Do Not Disturb Occupants - Small Dog! If You Have Any Question Call L/A” . I can't take credit for typos...the typos are their Realtor's.
Here’s a look at the photos (obviously not taken by a professional):

The kitchen looks lovely, but it would have been a good idea if the counters were cleared of clutter; also be nice if the photo wasn’t crooked.

Homestaging 101: As the fireplace should be the focal point of the family room, it would have been prudent to move the Foosball table out of the way.

This patio photo makes me dizzy.

My homestager, Charis will have a lot to say about this yard photo.

Perhaps, my favorite, spotlight on the antlers and the foosball table.

What is the message, that the home has eaves?

It's a shame, because this looks like a nice home.

I agree with you. There should be a great promotion for any house. Price doesn't matter. Also there should be some changes as you described in the above pics.
