I recently sold a La Crescenta home.  Correction, a trophy property but a major fixer.

The new owners are painstakingly restoring the residence to its former glory.  They are keeping true to the home's Mediterranean architecture down to the smallest detail.  I was especially impressed with the owner's kitchen remodel.  He bullnosed the edges of the wall so that it matched the bullnosed edges of the others in the home.  Perfection!
