Nearly eight years, on and off the market and this home still hasn't sold

Four or five years ago, I was contacted to sell a home in Glendale. The owner thought it was worth much more than I, and wanted her real estate agent to accompany all showings (no lockbox).  As real estate agents don’t get paid until we successfully close the transaction, I graciously turned down the listing.

This home has been on and off the market since 2002, currently vacant, still no lockbox and the listing has just expired, again.   Eight years, a variety of real estate agents, but no sale.  Sometimes, it simply boils down to pricing and accessibility.
