Glendale Home Sales, August 2010

Glendale’s real estate sales transactions reflected that 13% of Glendale homes sold are foreclosures (REO’s) or short sales, down from July’s 28%.

*The number of homes sold has just slightly decreased from July
*Average price per square foot increased a bit
*Average days on market (DOM) decreased slightly
*Average selling price decreased over $80,000
*Average selling price to list price increased a bit
