phyllis, when do you think people without perfect credit will be able to get home loans again at decent interest rates?

I think in two years lenders will get back to common sense lending. If you work on your credit, it can take nearly two years to boost it back up. It will all be good.

Phyllis is the most wonderful Realtor. Not only can she find your "dream home" but she makes makes the process so so easy. She is absolutely wonderful. I recommend her to anyone buying a home. She has sold homes to many of my friends and all of their houses are gorgeous. I have lived at my house now for 10 years. The first house she found for us was the one! She is the BEST.

Phyllis is the best broker around! She helped me buy my house in La Canada Flintridge, when I didn't think I could afford the area. She helped me find a home within my price range. She's very thorough & helps you every step of the way. She returns call quicker than anyone else and is proactive in assisting you even after the sale.
