According to Wiki answers a nag is: 

… A person who keeps complaining about things and just won’t quit.

I suppose I am a real estate nag. Although I don’t consider my nagging complaining, more of pecking.... just do it so I stop asking.  And if everyone did what they were supposed to, I would not need to nag. I suppose I could also say I am a real estate mom.
