Recently, I have had a lot of listing appointments.  A listing appointment is when a homeowner contacts me because they are contemplating the sale of their home.  Listing appointments were much more enjoyable 5-6 years ago. Then homeowners were thrilled to learn the value of their home.



Now... with prices in most neighborhoods having dropped around 25%-35%, the tables have turned. I won’t say I am hated, but I feel like the grim reaper. I have been bursting homeowner’s bubbles right and left.
