What are Los Angeles home buyers looking for in a home?
Neighborhood:
*Walkability: While being able to walk to restaurants and shopping is a preference, most home buyers continue to prefer a quiet neighborhood; a balance between the two is most sought after.
*Desirable school district
*Low crime rate

Kitchen:
*Center island, large pantry, desk/computer station and phone charging area
*Think Green: designated and convenient (but not visible) recycling area to put cans, paper, etc., a compost area is a plus
*Fresh herbs: a garden window or room to grow fresh herbs
Yard:
*Built-in barbecue: it does not need to cost tens of thousands of dollars, but a built- in grill will provide years of easy entertaining
*Patio: should have enough room for at least a table and chairs
*Grassy yard: not every home buyer desires a pool, but most want enough room for a swing set and a grassy play area
Master Bedroom:
*Large closet: (no surprise) walk-in closets preferred
*Private bath
