Does your Realtor need to go back to school?

Some architectural styles are more popular than others; as Spanish, and mid-century are two highly sought after styles by Los Angeles home buyers one would suppose that a savvy real estate agent could tell the difference.  Apparently some Realtors could use a refresher course.

As listed in the Multiple Listing Service:  "Remodeled/Updated Mediterranean/Spanish. Custom kitchen, formal living room, family room and dinning room. The home offers a patio off the dinning room that has amazing city light view of downtown Glendale."

Typos… are as written.. Or perhaps I am unaware of a new room the “dinning room”.

The home was constructed in 1962, and based on the age, exterior and flagstone fireplace, I think I have to stake my reputation that this is not Mediterranean/Spanish but mid-century.  Any thoughts?
