39% of La Crescenta’s April’s Home Sales Were Distress Sales

Just 16% of homes sold in LaCrescenta in March were distress sales versus 39% in April.  La Canada’s April figure is lower at 20%, while Glendale’s number is a tad higher at 41%.

But the real estate market in La Crescenta is going strong, 66 average days on market for April is the lowest year to date.  Percentage of selling price to list price is 100.8% also the strongest year to date.  And traditional sales are averaging only 39 days on the market.    It’s a great market for sellers and a challenging (competitive) one for home buyers.
