Ridiculous MLS photos
The photos below are from a recently listed home in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Here's the Realtor's description:
"Welcome through the court yard to this exeptional home tucked away in Flintridge, recently remodeled state of the art Kitchen featuring custom cabinets, Viking appliances hand hammered Copper sink, walk in pantry and large laundry room with plenty of cabinets for staorage, new features compliment the 1936 design of the home. 3 Bedrooms all have their oen bath, 2 car attached garage. multi level patios lead down to the pool area just in time for summer. Vacant lot next door was absorbed to increase the overall lot size."
Although the MLS has a spell check option, this Realtor apparently doesn't know how to use it. According to Rod Stewart, "Every Picture Tells a Story". I suppose this is the home's story:

I think the Realtor is trying to show that the home opens well to the outdoors.....
_____________________________________________________________

I think the Realtor is trying to depict that there is a large picture window with private views
____________________________________________________________________

I suppose the story is that there is a shutter and a brick wall

Thank goodness; the home even has a closet.

A picture is worth a thousand words Now, I really want to buy your house How to tell if your real estate agent is a slacker

HA! I'm a real estate photographer and I do understand why agents don't pay for photographs, I really do. I LOVE your caption - "I think the Realtor is trying to show that the home opens well to the outdoors....." - It is good to know the house has an opening to the outside, hate to live in a house with no doors!
I shouldn't laugh but I see this so often as I'm sure you do. The downside is the seller just isn't getting the exposure they deserve.
It is estimated that 80-90 percent of buyers are now finding the homes they will visit, and eventually purchase, by searching and viewing photos/video online. If supplied by the agent or a professional photographer photos are so important.
However, it is good to know the house has a window and a door. HA!
Thanks for the laugh.

The grammar is almost as bad as the photos. How can a Realtor like this make a living?

Carolyn Burnham at American Beauty Real Estate would have hired a hunky photographer that could make a dump look like a million bucks and then she would have sold that house TODAY!!!
