58% of Glendale homes sold in March 2010 were distress (short sale or foreclosure) sales.


March’s 2010 statistics are not that different from March, 2009



*Number of homes sold is fewer (but likely due to the shortage of realistically priced homes for sale)
*Average price per square foot March 2010 $344 vs. March 2009 $350
*Average days on market March 2010 57 vs. March 2009 54
*Selling price to list price is a bit stronger than last year’s figures
