Did Phyllis really buy a house without George seeing it?

Real Estate Opportunity for the Harb's - did they Answer?
Part 2: A little more background regarding my client’s canceled escrow. A notice of default had been filed and there was a sale date (foreclosure) looming. The owner of the home was also a Realtor and was not pleased with the substitution of the buyer. Although, the Harb family agreed to the same purchase price and terms, there was a lot of drama; the escrow process was anything but pleasant.
I signed the paperwork even though George still couldn’t see the home. I just kept assuring him that this was the right home; he just had to trust my judgment. Finally a week before we closed, the owner agreed to allow George a quick look. When it’s the perfect fit, don’t let it slip away. My family continues to happily live in this home today.
Wait for part three and learn what unpleasant surprise was left at close of escrow.
