Good Real Estate Bones - what does it mean?
If you have ever looked at homes with me, you have heard the expression “good bones”. In my opinion, in order to have “good bones”:
*The home should open well to the outdoors
*Rooms should flow naturally, one to the other
*As a talented friend constantly reminds me: “less is more”; the home should be more simple than fussy
*There should be an abundance of natural light
Often, a home doesn’t meet all of the criteria; however it might be an easy fix. Look for next week’s post pertaining to how I purchased my fixer upper and grew to love it!
