Distress sales in La Crescenta are down from January’s numbers. Although the number of February homes sold declined the price per square foot increased, days on market decreased, percentage of selling price to list price increased.  Inventory remains tight in La Crescenta.  La Crescenta home buyers  continue to be frustrated by multiple offers and bidding wars.
