2009 Multiple Listing Stats are in for Pasadena:

67 homes were sold in December which is fairly consistent with the last several months’ sales

The price per square foot continues to hover around July’s $380 per ft. 

Increased days on market (DOM) is likely due to fewer new listings coming on the market (because of the holidays). 

% Selling Price to List Price (SP % LP) remains strong at nearly 97%
