How much are homes selling for in La Canada?
La Canada's 2009 Multiple Listing Stats
18 homes were sold in December which is more than October’s or November’s sales.
As in neighboring La Crescenta the price per sq ft continues a slight downward trend since September. La Canada’s price per square foot is down over $100 a foot from January’s number.
Increased days on market (DOM) is likely due to fewer new listings coming on the market (because of the holidays).
% Selling Price to List Price (SP % LP) remains strong at over 96%
