The ancient Romans, Egyptians and Greeks had many gods.  There were fertility gods, gods of war, etc.  I attended Glendale's Incarnation Catholic school and although the nuns didn't teach us about real estate gods, I still believe they exist.  Ask any Realtor and they will tell you that the quickest way to get busy is to plan a vacation.



Each year I take my father-in-law to Las Vegas for Father's Day and each year I am insanely busy just prior to departing and often have appointments the evening I return.  I don’t want to complain…. But what is it about real estate and the holidays?  I want to enjoy family and friends, plan menus and enjoy.  But no matter how much I try to get one step ahead of the real estate game, it’s impossible.  The good new: after being on the market for just a week, I received an offer on my condo listing.  It would be great to get that in escrow before Christmas. 

Lisa has been in Cabo since Friday and returned this morning; Just one more appointment and I should be able to get my grocery shopping started.
