Yes, Phyllis there really is a (real estate) Santa Claus
Los Angeles real estate doesn’t come to a screeching halt in December but most things tend to wind down. This week we closed our last escrow for the year (another one of Natalie’s buyers). El Caminito won’t close until 2010; and I highly doubt our newest listings will close this year. So what do we do to keep busy while we are in the office manning the phones?
*I have a list of home maintenance providers which Lisa I and are updating
*Lisa and I are revising my home buyer’s guide and home seller’s guide
*Lisa and I are updating the “free reports” on my website
*We are working on next year’s Advertising Campaign
*We are contacting each of our clients who we think might qualify for the Mills Act – to inform them of possible savings on their property tax bill
*And of course, there is still Broker Tour/Caravan (even this time of year!) and we still have a handful of active home buyers continuing their quest for their dream home
Natalie is in and out but will be back from maternity leave after the holidays. My other buyer's elf, Lisa, and I are in our workshop through the holidays, if you need real estate assistance, give us a call.
