October’s Real Estate Number’s Are In

As the holidays approach sales typically slow; October Home Sales decreased from September’s numbers.  Days on Market (DOM) declined except in Glendale.  Apparently first time home buyers hoping to take advantage of the tax credit have been out in full force as the average sales price declined in each city except Pasadena. 








Note the sales price to list price ratio: Well priced homes continue to sell quickly and for close to (and sometimes over) asking price.
