Judy Graff’s Blog recently questioned why real estate agents deliberately grossly underprice a property just to disappoint (often) dozens of potential home buyers. Judy asks: “Hence, the low price in order to get lots and lots of activity in a very short time. But jeez, why get so many people excited when you know you could list it much higher and still get lots of offers?”



We need to coin a new term: the real estate sadist!  Defined as one who deliberately and gleefully underprices a home in order to inflict pain upon as many potential home buyers as possible.
