La Canada, La Crescenta, Glendale & Pasadena 3rd quarter YTD MLS stats



Glendale home sales remain solid through the beginning of Fall, the average price per square foot is down only a bit from the Spring high.  CDOM (cumulative days on market) is down substantially from the beginning of the year.

La Canada home sales remain strong in number, but sellig price to list price percentage remains softer here than nearby communities. Average price per square foot is down.

La Crescenta home sales remain strong across the board and the ratio of selling price to list price is very tight.  Home buyers note:  well priced homes sell quickly in La Crescenta and many in multiple offer situations (and over list price).

Pasadena's price per squre foot inches up, sales price to list price percentage has also increased from the beginning of the year.
