How NOT to sell your Burbank home
Thursday is Broker tour day in Pasadena and Burbank. My buyer’s agent, Lisa and I decided to look at a couple of new Burbank listings under $500,000. One was very cute, (2 + 1 Spanish w/remodeled kitchen).
But the other home……

Note to home sellers: when your garage is packed to the rafters, having the door open certainly doesn’t add to your home’s curb appeal.
I am not a princess, but I can’t stand rats. There was a large cage in the living room with a rat and then another cage with some other rodent like animal. I had to walk out. If you are thinking of selling your home rats in the living room are not appealing. At least for showings cover the cage and stash it in the garage. Anything distracting, should be removed or hidden.
