George and I just returned from a cruise to Mexico.  Although, I prefer to say I was out of the office for five business days, in the real estate profession, each day is a business day.  Departing on Saturday afternoon and returning on Monday morning is over a week – no matter the spin. 

You likely didn't even miss me, but I am back in the office and again working seven days a week – until my next vacation.  Even when there are no homes to show, there are always phone calls and emails.  And if there weren’t I would be out of business. Fortunately, Lisa checked and responded to my emails, showed homes and responded to ad inquiries.  She and I spoke each day and all went well. The week I was gone was remarkably uneventful:

Waiting for the buyer to wire the remainder of funds to close (cash) on Alabama

And only waiting for the scheduled closing date on Hillway
