More News and Happenings in my Los Angeles (neighbor) hood
Today, Chris Zastrow, my new buyer’s agent Lisa Torres, and my home stager/interior designer Charis are going to the Viking Showroom. They have a monthly lunch and demonstration. Sounds educational and fun, I can’t wait to give you the details.
My new La Crescenta listing on Alabama is in multiples – which means that we have more than one offer (multiple offers) and are countering each buyer to respond with their highest and best price. I will review the offers with the owner’s son on Monday.
Do any of you go to the Montrose Harvest Market and if so have you met Penny the pie teacher? “One of these days” I am going to take her class and learn how to make a pie.

Viking has some really cool products and it's a good thing they have those demonstrations. Otherwise, you wouldn't know what to do with half that stuff
