Coyote sightings increase - hillside fires + lack of water = coyote troubles.  I saw four yesterday (7:30 am) while walking my two dogs at Hahamongna Park  They were crossing the path about 30 feet in front of us, I don’t think they saw us.  I picked up the Papillion and the three of us hightailed it to the main hiking trail.

My client is now climbing the food chain in regards to her low refinance appraisal.    She was told by her loan officer that they would not change the appraisal even though there were mistakes.  I suggested that she call again, ask for his boss and work her way up.
